Yagya started his career with Tata motors ltd., Jamshedpur where he worked for 3 years in project management, implementation and electrical maintenance roles. During his business studies, he worked on a project with Puma SE for 9 months as an in-house consultant at their global headquarter in Herzogenaurach, Germany on end to end design and implementation of Footwear Material Testing platform. At LFC, he has worked on large-scale sale and marketing projects in agriculture. He is also certified in “Lean Six Sigma – Green belt” from KPMG.
In six months, he helped a hybrid seeds producer align its Distributor channel and increase market reach in 23 districts. Retail reach and Nursery reach increase by 100 to 150%.
Yagya loves travelling, adventure sports, and playing tennis during his free time.
