Vinod started his career with Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore as an Engineer & worked there for 5 years. Further he worked with JBM Ogihara Automotive India Ltd. for 3 years as Assistant Manager-Lean before moving in with Levers for Change looking for a challenging career ahead.
He has had the opportunity to work in industry verticals CNC toolings, lean manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management & Engineering. Being certified with “Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt” and “Toyota Production System”, he has completed projects related to inventory optimization, packing and supply chain improvement, efficiency and capacity enhancement.
In the period of last 1 year he been the driving force for establishing “Cost Management System (CMS)” in an automobile scenario and worked on the framework for establishing an ERP system mainly focusing on production planning and inventory management modules. Driving, photography and playing outdoor games are his favorites apart from spending valuable time with family and friends being a priority.
