Tejaswi started his career in Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Ltd, Vikhroli where he worked for 4 years and was exposed to Management Consulting working as Internal Consultant in a Turnaround Project. He started his Management Consulting career with Levers for Change.
In his consulting career, he has had the opportunity to work in industry verticals like TMT Bars Manufacturing Company, Online LCV Logistics Aggregator and PVC Pipes Manufacturing Company.
He has completed 2 implementation projects and 1 diagnosis study to understand key factors hindering growth and quantify potential for growth.
At LFC, he has helped frontline sales team of TMT bar Manufacturing company expand their reach in hitherto unexplored markets, he identified focus areas for growth and worked closely with the sales team in realizing the potential.
For a PVC Pipe Manufacturing company though diagnosis study he helped develop the strategy and execution model for expansion – helped in identifying clear market segments and strategy to expand in each market segment.
Watching movies is one of his favourite hobbies and loves to explore movies in all genres and all languages, reading is one of his other passions and is a big fan of Kannada Literature.
