Siddharth started his career with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He worked there for 2.5 years post which he started his Management Consulting career in Levers for Change.
During his Consulting period in Levers for Change he has worked in Industry verticals of Logistics for a Food Industry company, Sales project for an FMCG company.
In the past Siddharth has been a part of a project where it was required to lower the Logistics cost for a leading Snacks Company, where he was required to identify the root cause of High logictics cost and find solutions to lower it. He met several Logistics partners across the States and find out the best that provide the service at reasonable rates.
Also he was a part of a sales project for a big FMCG company, where he was required to expand company sales in Northern India to 3 times the sales of Last FY sales. It required extensive research and wholesaler/distributor management and distribution line-up as per the requirement along with assignment of new distributors along with formulation of new incentive schemes. Apart from his work, photography, playing computer games and taming dogs are some of his favorite hobbies.
