Dhruv Started his career in Concept Business Excellence Pvt. Ltd. (Business Consulting). He worked there for 2 years and executed projects involving Lean Implementation, OEE Improvement, Productivity Improvement and Lead Time Reduction across the Industries such as Industrial Textile, Manufacturing and he has majorly worked in the Real Estate during his consulting Period at LFC.
In a short period of 4 months, He Diagnosed, Developed and Implemented Management Control systems for the Facilities Management and Supported the team for Reviewing of the Implemented System in other Departments such as Project Execution, Sales and Marketing, Legal and Liasoning. He conducted the effective problem solving with the team to complete the project execution on time.
Apart from his work, exploring different Location, Watching Movies and Online TV Shows and Listening to diverse Soundtracks are some of his favorite Hobbies
