Digital Transformation, in his view, is an extremely wide term that can mean different things with varying levels of technological sophistication, depending on the context. However, we have to always have "value creation" and "sustainability" for the client as the core of our initiatives and follow an iterative approach toward digital transformation for our clients.
Ashish has over 16 years of experience in IT Services, IT Products and IT Infrastructure. Prior to joining LFC, he has worked in IT Product companies, startups and newspaper media company in the US and in a microfinance company and an IT Systems Integrator in India. In his previous assignment, Ashish was responsible for India operations and delivery, supporting B2B Sales, HR operations and working closely with partner teams at Oracle.
In his free time, Ashish spends time with his kids and family, and attempts to move further on several other interests, ranging from sketching, learning classical music, electronics and fun projects with kids and catching up on some reading.
He is an Alumnus of Madurai Kamaraj University, Illinois Institute of Technology – Chicago, ISB - Hyderabad.
