Praveen is an Associate Partner responsible for selection of the right people, their development as consultants and maintaining a motivated team of high performers.
He leads transformation and turnaround programs with clients based in West and North India. Has successfully executed both manufacturing and sales assignments with companies across various industries like Automobiles, Steel value-added products, Agricultural inputs and machinery, Flour-mill, Plastic pipes and films, Cements, Spinning Mills, Electrical and Electronic controls. He also manages all ‘people processes’ within LFC.
Praveen’s passion for problem-solving, combined with his desire to help Indian businesses become more competitive made him join LFC in its start-up stage. He has been a core team member of LFC ever since, involved in every major decision and milestone of the company right from its first major project along with the founding team members.
Since joining Levers for Change in 2010, Praveen has supported medium-sized companies across several industries with various topics like Operations transformation, Sales transformation, Cost reduction, Planning, Process development, Organization design and Management Control Systems & Managerial capability development.
Prior to joining LFC, Praveen worked for Mahindra & Mahindra in the Scorpio Production Unit in a production plus quality management role where he contributed towards significant productivity improvements for export vehicles, on-time performance improvement and drastic reduction in defects, apart from handling a department with a team of over 100 workmen.
Outside of work, Praveen is passionate about the cause of education for underprivileged talented children. In his free time he prefers to spend time with his family, go for long drives, read a lot of books and analyze & invest in mid-cap companies.
