He has started his Management Consulting career in Levers for Change and has been associated with LFC for more than 3 years and has delivered in operation excellence projects across geographies and cultures: India & South Asia.

During this consulting period, he worked in industry verticals like Real Estate, Continuous Manufacturing (Edible Oil), Discrete Manufacturing (Coin Blanks, Terminal Blocks, PVC Pipes, Bead Wire) and Textile (Garments). Manish has delivered 3 implementation projects and 7 business surveys to make business case for implementation. He has also completed certification course on “Lean Six Sigma Green Belt” at KPMG, Delhi.

His key highlights include helping a leading real estate developer to implement management control system across the business to help process owners and top management in effectively monitor and assess key areas of their process on regular basis.

Previously he has led an operation excellence project for a leading coinage blanks manufacturer, increased throughput by 40% in a period of 30 weeks by implementing management control system across the section.

Additionally, in a period of 12 months, he has delivered a Business Transformation Project for a leading bead wire manufacturing company in Thailand. Successfully increased sales by 50%.

Prior to joining LFC, Manish has worked for D. L. Lifecare Pvt. Ltd. (Dawailelo.com), a healthcare startup for 2 years.

Apart from his work, following football teams, playing computer games and listening to movies soundtracks are some of his favorite hobbies.
